Terms of Use
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These terms cover the Quest2Fitness iPhone app and this website. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Quest2Fitness is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA). That agreement applies to your use of the app, and these terms add to it.
Health and safety
Quest2Fitness is a workout tracker and a game. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist, or qualified coach. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, an injury, or any other health concern.
Lifting weights carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing weights you can handle, using safe form, and using a spotter or safety equipment when you need one. The game rewards heavier sets, but no crit is worth getting hurt over. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Purchases and refunds
Quest2Fitness is a one-time purchase on the App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your workout data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your iPhone. See the privacy policy for the details on what little data leaves your phone.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, and do not use it in any way that breaks the law or the App Store's rules.
Ownership
The app, its name, its artwork, its characters, and its code belong to Brownricebandit. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the app.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and stable, but we cannot promise it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Brownricebandit is not liable for injuries, lost data, or other damages that come from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
